Ian McVey is a shareholder in the Columbia office. His goal is to be a utility player for his clients.
He regularly represents developers, lenders and local businesses as they conduct their business matters in South Carolina whether it be the representation of Lenders in commercial loans, developers in the acquisition, development and financing of projects, or just providing general contract and business counsel. McVey has also spent a great deal of time in the courtroom assisting his clients in the matters that may arise including the collection of outstanding debts, real estate litigation or representing them in bankruptcy court. Further, Turner Padget’s team approach assures that any matter that arises for his clients’ can be addressed in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
Ian likes to spend time listening to his clients concerns and helping them come up with a solution that works for them. “It’s not always about whether I have a great idea. Most times my clients know what they want, they just need some help on how to get there.”
