Ryan Judd focuses his practice on transactional business matters in the areas of commercial real estate and health care law.

Having begun his legal career with nearly a decade of experience in the corporate world, Ryan always approaches his clients’ objectives with an eye toward real world solutions to apparent obstacles.

In his real estate practice, Ryan’s previous experience in the commercial lending group of a large bank allows him to counsel clients on either side of a transaction with a thorough understanding of both the big picture and the critical details.

On the health law side, Ryan has counseled medical practices, hospital groups and healthcare companies on issues including HIPAA, GINA, Stark/Anti-Kickback regulations and telehealth law, in addition to a variety of transactional matters.

  • Represented a multi-site medical practice in drafting and negotiating commercial lease for a new medical office building.
  • Drafted employment agreement with profit-sharing implications for the managing physician of a new clinical site.
  • Guided numerous medical practices and hospital groups through standards-based practice transformation to achieve accreditation as patient centered medical homes.
