In addition, Sullivan is a certified mediator and has mediated personal injury, malpractice and business dispute matters. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Wharton joins Turner Padget as a shareholder where she advises buyers, sellers, developers and lenders on commercial real estate transactional matters, including land acquisitions, survey and title issues, title work, title insurance and more. She also helps clients draft and negotiate commercial contracts and loan documents. In addition, her practice concentrates on matters related to the purchase and sale of a business, such as entity formation of limited liability companies, buy-sell and shareholder agreements, title examinations, wills and trusts and more. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Kilpatrick joins Turner Padget as an associate and concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions. She represents both lenders and borrowers with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating contracts, identifying and curing title issues, preparing title insurance policies, reviewing and guiding clients through loan documents, and arranging for 1031 like-kind exchanges. Kilpatrick earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Wofford College.
