Buck Daniel has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation.

He has tried cases throughout the state.In addition to his private practice and client representation, Buck has served as in-house counsel for Nationwide Insurance for the state of South Carolina, providing coverage opinions on commercial, homeowner, and auto policies. He also provided staff training related to the state’s insurance laws.Buck is a certified circuit court mediator and a certified circuit court arbitrator.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Buck was a business owner of a tobacco warehouse and farming business in Mullins, South Carolina, where he served as a member of the Mullins Tobacco Board of Trade, the Pee Dee Warehouse Association, and the Thirty Three Man Flue Cured Tobacco Advisory Committee which regulated the marketing of tobacco from Florida through Virginia.He draws upon his experience as a business owner when assisting clients with their legal needs.

Buck has handled automobile litigation, truck accidents, slip and falls, and other premises liability issues. He has also handled coverage disputes on commercial, auto, and homeowner policies. Buck has also handled construction litigation, foreclosures, and collection actions.

Buck is an active member of his community, serving as an assistant scout master, little league baseball coach, and Sunday School teacher.He has previously served as a member of the South Carolina Bar Ethics Advisory Committee and as a member of the Housing Corporation and alumni advisory committee for South Carolina Delta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
