Lindsey M. Behnke

Lindsey is an Associate at Turner Padget and a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation team. Based primarily in the Columbia, South Carolina office, Lindsey represents businesses and individuals throughout both South Carolina and North Carolina in a broad range of commercial and civil disputes.

Lindsey’s practice includes contract and business disputes, construction litigation, landlord-tenant matters, real estate disputes, eminent domain proceedings, commercial collections, HOA litigation, probate and trust litigation, and legal malpractice defense. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and she brings a practical, results-oriented mindset to every engagement. Lindsey is committed to understanding each client’s unique objectives and developing tailored strategies that align with their goals and priorities.

Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2022, where she concentrated her studies in business and tax law. During law school, she served as a Senior Articles Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal and as a Research Assistant.
