Dylan Crowley

Dylan Crowley is a member of the firm’s real estate practice, assisting clients with both commercial and residential transactions. He divides his time between the firm’s Florence and Columbia offices, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in matters such as acquisitions, construction lending, portfolio sales, and lease transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on lease negotiations, homeowners' association issues, and foreclosure proceedings.

Dylan is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and the District of Columbia. He is also a licensed title insurance producer for several national title insurance companies. Active in the legal community, he is a member of the Richland County Bar and participates in the Real Estate, Corporate, and Consumer Law Sections of the South Carolina Bar.

A Hartsville native, Dylan earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Federal Courts Law Review and volunteered with Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services.

Dylan has been recognized on the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2024.
