Ethan L. Jedziniak is a Greenville-based litigator with experience in insurance litigation, commercial and business disputes, contract interpretation, and zoning, land use, and development-related matters. He has successfully represented clients at various levels, including state, federal, and appellate courts, arbitration proceedings, and various boards and commissions. His practice encompasses a wide range of legal issues, including tort claims, civil rights and constitutional law violations, real estate litigation, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

Ethan's client base spans individuals, small businesses, and national corporations, reflecting his ability to navigate diverse legal challenges. Before joining his current practice, he honed his litigation skills at a boutique firm in Greenville, SC, and gained regulatory experience with the South Carolina Department of Insurance’s Financial Regulation and Solvency Division.

A Columbia, SC native, Ethan holds a bachelor's degree from Furman University and earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, he served as Lead Online Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review.
