Ken and his team represent major product manufacturers, component suppliers, and national trucking companies across South Carolina. As lead counsel, he defends one of the “Big Three” automotive manufacturers in cases throughout the state. In the construction litigation sector, Ken represents general and sub-contractors as well as construction product manufacturers in large, complex defect cases in both state and federal courts. His team’s extensive experience includes handling commercial, residential, and industrial disputes, particularly for national and international construction product manufacturers and suppliers.

Ken’s work in Trucking & Transportation litigation includes defending catastrophic loss claims for national, regional, and local transportation companies, providing clients with confidence in the resolution of high-stakes litigation.
