Nickisha Woodward is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of successfully representing clients across a diverse range of industries, including national corporations, international entities, and individuals. With extensive experience in personal injury, construction law, premises liability, product liability, and trucking litigation, Nickisha has earned a reputation for her ability to secure favorable outcomes for her clients in complex and high-stakes cases.

As the lead attorney in numerous automobile accident, premises liability, wrongful death and contract lawsuits, Nickisha has demonstrated her exceptional trial skills, successfully bringing cases to verdict in state courts throughout South Carolina. Notably, she served as lead counsel in a certified class action product liability case involving a prominent national cosmetic distributor, further highlighting her ability to handle intricate and large-scale legal matters.

In addition to her litigation competence, Nickisha provides strategic counsel to clients on insurance coverage and bad faith issues, helping them navigate the complexities of their claims with clarity and confidence. Her exceptional communication skills ensure that clients are fully informed of the risks and potential resolutions of their cases, allowing them to make well-informed decisions. Nickisha understands that each case is unique and approaches every matter with a tailored strategy that aligns with the client’s specific goals and priorities.

Nickisha’s legal acumen is further strengthened by her background in business, having worked as an associate accountant for a Fortune 500 company. This experience gives her a distinctive edge in providing clients with sound legal advice grounded in business principles and financial considerations.

As a Client Service and Development Leader for Turner Padget’s Insurance and Liability Litigation Group, Nickisha oversees client relationships and fosters the growth of the firm’s practice, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction. Her leadership extends to her previous role as the firm’s Associate Liaison, where she was instrumental in organizing professional development initiatives.
