Ryan Judd focuses his practice on transactional business matters, with a concentration in commercial real estate, corporate law and healthcare law. Drawing on over a decade of corporate experience, he brings a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to his clients' legal challenges.

In his commercial real estate practice, Ryan leverages his background in the commercial lending group of a major bank to provide insightful counsel on complex transactions. He has successfully represented clients in negotiating commercial leases, buying and selling commercial property, and obtaining loans from private and institutional lenders.

In his corporate practice, Ryan has assisted clients in forming companies, restructuring ownership, and the purchase and sale of businesses and professional practices.

In the area of healthcare law, Ryan advises medical practices, hospital groups, and healthcare companies on a broad range of matters, including compliance with HIPAA, GINA, Stark/Anti-Kickback laws, and telehealth regulations. His experience includes the assisting with the purchase and sale of medical and dental practices, serving as general counsel to clinical practices, and assisting primary care physicians with quality-driven practice transformation.
