Turner Padget Welcomes Greenville-Based Litigator

Greenville, S.C., Aug. 26, 2024 – Turner Padget is pleased to announce the addition of Ethan L. Jedziniak as a litigation associate in the firm’s Greenville office. He joins the growing office that serves clients throughout the Upstate and across South Carolina on matters related to insurance litigation.

Counseling clients that range from small businesses to national corporations, Jedziniak brings a unique perspective from his experience with the South Carolina Department of Insurance’s Financial Regulation and Solvency Division. He has been named among the Legal Elite for 2024 by Greenville Business Magazine and Talk Top Lawyers 2024 by Greenville News.

Jedziniak earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University and his juris doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He is currently an LLM candidate at the University of Connecticut School of Law’s Insurance Law Center.
